Phone rang once and then caller must have hung up.

March 27 2015. Caller hung up after two rings. No voice message. Call came through on my cellphone, which is not a widely known number.

Cell phone rang once at 7:03pm - no msg ..... blocking calls from this number. UUGGHHH.... Am on the Do Not Call list so how does this happen???

Probably the DNC detective assigned to screen, analyze and approve or reject your calls in accordance with the acceptical call list that you submitted......fell asleep.
