It has the smell (and is) from a collection agency.  My guess First Collections ... they quit using their "listed" numbers and been having "their" employee's use their cell phone.  This way the employee's get the bad phone rap instead of them.  But then again if you choose to work for a snake pit such as this company you get what you deserve.
