Someone from this phone number called my client in Black Hawk, SD claiming that they had not paid their Montana-Dakota utility bill in 3 months and that the gas would be shut off in 15 minutes.

Called today claiming they were going to shut off the gas to our business in 45 minutes. Our bills are paid. This is a scam.

We got this phone call early this morning. Gave the Name of "Charles Anderson" Operator # 917824.

Got a call from this number came up on the caller id as "Jamal Smith" but said his name was Charles Anderson. He seemed to be trying to cover up an Indian accent. Claimed we had not paid our Ottertail Electric Bill, which we don't even have as our electric supplier. Claimed he would be here shortly for us to sign the disconnection notice. TOTAL SCAM.
