It is a spammer, he won't stop calling. wants access to my computer. how to find out who they are and top them?

Called at 11:26PM fortunately I turn the ringer off at night, Caller ID said SEVERTSON, SHELB. I have blocked the number.

Yup, called several times....Said it was Steve Austin....I asked if he was the F-ing Bionic Man & told him I was reporting him.

A lady with an Asian accent called about problems with my computer. I asked her, "Are ya'll still doing that scam? I'm reporting you."
And I did with the National Do Not Call List register.
