Mortgage modification scammer.    Pakistani call center trolling for your personal info.

My mortgage has been paid off for 12 years, and these A$$ClownS are calling me to "help me reduce my interest rate".
I don't think they can do better than "0".

received a solicitation call from this number ... "this is Kelly from Minto ... If I can show you .... " recorded message I hung up and blocked the caller number
