Thank you for the FYI Hill Country Resort is in Austin TX. My Neighbor answered to these vacation realtors and ended up sharing a vacation spot with other residential buyers. She said had to schedule a "down time" that she could occupy the vacation home. That stipulation was until she paid montly mortgage for 24 mos and then she could go to the next level. Sounded crazy to me and she is 5 years into this and not too happy, but you are so correct with your investigations. She tried talking me into that time share I gave her 5 star, and 5 No's lmao. Last week a little boy drowned on the premises. This was on ABC news the vacation spot was owned by AKA SILVER LEAF RESORT. When questioned about the drowining SILVERLEAF declined a response and was not available for comment. My neighbor said they assured her during her sign up that the resort was a completely safe and guarded community with a paid frequent life guard at the swimming pools. Really? I guessed they lied. Proves again money prevails before safety in the community. SMDH
