Called my cell number twice, back to back. I was driving and made no effort to answer. No message left either time.

Called 4/11/2017. Left no message. When I dialed back, got a fast busy signal, so I know it's a auto dial system (robo call). I added # to my growing list of block callers. If you're on the "do not call list," (it doesn't matter) they still call because these types of calls randomly dials numbers.
