They call a couple times a day, excluding weekends.  I live in Texas and it shows that it is a Kennedale, TX number.  They never leave a message.  My husband has answered several times and they are silent then hang up.  I answered today, or I should say I clicked on the phone to see if they were going to answer, and someone called out the wrong name, so I just laid the phone down till they got flustered and hung up.   I mean, we have answered with a courteous hello and received no words back, so, they can deal with it.
