This is a scam company that is trying to get you to pay on debt that you do not even have. They are trying to scam you out of money that you earned. They call themselves a Mediation firm for Midland Financial. They are nothing of the sort when you call them on your BS they block your number and you get an automated message stating the number is not in service. Do not pay these people they are horrible and report them to the Federal Trade commission and your States Attorney General

Says his name is Jack Tate and works for Civil Delegates Group. I reported them to FTC. Very rude, threatening and harassing. When I asked him not to call me at work, because he called me on my work line and I don't give that # out to just anyone, he said I am going to show up at your work and serve you right at your work and come right to your door! (had my address) very concerning

Just got a call from these people, the man says his name is Jack Tate and that he works for Civil Delegates Group. They say they are looking for me, but after Googling this "company", there is no information on them whatsoever. Sounds like a scam or an aggressive debt collector, and I'm not answering the phone for either.

How do these people get your number.  They called my cell and work phone saying they are from the legal department, but they don't leave a message on my cell.
