I just received a voice mail. I never answer any numbers I don't know. I'm so familiar with what they do, as soon as the message left says that there are documents about to be filed in your County attached to your social security number, you know it's a fishing expedition and attempt to harass you to get from you anything they can, including your social security number. As for how they can get your #, it's usually in your profile on social media accounts. Be careful of your settings.
