On February 2, 2016, BBB notified Zenco Collections, LLC that BBB has identified a concerning pattern of consumer complaints regarding the company's marketplace behavior. Specifically, BBB has received complaints from consumers alleging that the company uses threats of prosecution, arrest, and/or garnishment for debts to collect on debts as old as 10 years and the firm fails to validate the debts upon consumer request. BBB requested the firm's voluntary cooperation in eliminating the identified patterns. As of February 29, 2016, Zenco Collections, LLC failed to respond to this BBB request.

Wesley Cox left message about documentation against me for some reason. Nothing outstanding that can be done at this late date. So I assume this is just another phone scam. So beware. Maybe debt collector. But all my debts are past the legal time limits.

There is no legal time limit on collecting for a debt except in a very few states. Debts fall off your credit report after 7 years and the statute of limitations to sue you to collect varies by state but neither means a collector cannot attempt to collect those old debts. They just have to obey state and federal laws on debt collection while attempting to collect.

Received same call and voice mail and they ask you to call and give them you SSN. I am sure if someone out of state is filling something, I would get something in the mail. So I am sure scam. They called a few months ago with same scam.

Received a voicemail from this number, asking for a family member, not even me. He provided a claim number. There is no reason I should have received this call.

Received voicemail from this number, caller identified himself as Wesley Cox (no company named).
I have no outstanding debts. Never received any mailed notice. I strongly believe this is a scam!
