I received a call from 682-228-0445 (caller ID said Wireless Caller) on 1/19/16 from a guy who asked for me by my correct name.  He started asking questions about the age of my house and after about the 3rd question I told him the age of my house was none of his business and I hung up on him.  He's now on call block.  I seem to recall having had the same exchange with the same guy several months ago before I got the call blocker.  It was not a recorded call; no background
