I have been getting annoying and harassing text from this number, (682) 220-9178, for a few weeks now.  I'd like to hear from anyone else who has within the past thirty days and hopefully be able to pinpoint who the coward is.  I suspect it is someone from New Jersey.  Anyone who has should call me at 7329986707.  Paul

I have been getting messages from this number tonight and they know SPECIFICS about me. What clothes I wear, my NAME, etc. but will NOT tell me who this is. It is a Texas number.

File a complaint with your local PD and your phone service provider. The phone service provider should be able to block this call for you..
