i got a call from this number last night at 1am. the caller had a male voice that was low and whisper like. i could not really understand till he said it a few times, "do you wanna F*****?". i hung up. he called right back and i heard heavy breathing followed by the sounds of jacking off. i kept trying to hang up but he wasn't so everytime i checked the phone it was still on there. finally it ended. he called back 20 minutes later .
this is not ok. disgusting!

I received a phone call from this numnber claiming to be SCE stating our bill had not been paid. When the person was told that we were contacting Edison about it, they began to laugh hysterically. Then hung up. This is a prank caller and is going to use many different ruses to keep you on the phone.
Please be careful as they could be trying to scam you out of credit card numbers or personal information.
