He called and told me I had qualified for a grant for home improvement.  He said he was with U.S. Financial Resources.  He said his name was Danny Brown, employee number 102686.  The company  Address was P.O. Box 333 Pleasant Grove Utah 84062.  I just had to pay $3.87 to submit the final paperwork and I would receive money for home improvement.  He then said if you could just supply me with your 16 digit card you will be paying with I will send you the paper work through your email and help you get the money you need to improve your home.  I asked again for the  name of the company and just started asking him to basically repeat everything back.  I asked him if he worked for the United State's Financial Institution of Resources, he said "Yes, and if you do not wish to continue I will just terminate your application".  After stumbling him up several times I then stated "I think your misrepresenting yourself".  He became VERY HOSTILE.  He stated that my mother was there performing sexual acts on him, That "HIS PEOPLE WAS GOING TO BLEED THE AMERICAN PEOPLE DRY AND KILL MY FAMILY AND OUR PRESIDENT". He said "F*** OBAMA, WE'RE GOING TO HAVE YOU DIRTY A** AMERICANS WAS GOINgG TO FUND THE MONEY TO KILL OBAMA".  He told me to watch on Youtube and Yahoo and I would see the revenge of Osama Bin Laden's death.  Something about places that where going to be bombed.  He called back 4 times, one right after the next, and threatened MY FAMILY, MY PRESIDENT, GOVERNMENT, AND MY COUNTRY.  I have all the numbers he called from the first came up Private Name-607-594-4642.  Then they all came up PAYPHONE-607-594-4641,  512-495-9027,  607-733-6833,  516-746-9347.  I don't know what to do, everyone I have spokin with just say don't answer or block the numbers.  I don't know about anyone else but I take it very PERSONAL.  All this happen about an hour ago and I will find out everything.  THEY JUST CALLED AS I WAS TYPING.....JUST NOW.  Different guy same B.S.  Someone Please take this serious and find these people.  That number was ALTON, IL - 681-462-3632

I just got a call from the same guy, same name and employee id number telling me that I qualified for a grant and that I was guarenteed money. He said I had to pay a one time fee of $3.87 to set up my account. When he began asking for my credit card info, I got weary so I asked him again where he was calling from. He explained everything again. I told him that I was not comfortable giving my credit card number out. He then said we need to do this in order to set up your account. I asked him to hold on really quickly and I googled his name and employee ID number. Then I saw your post!!!! I quickly read your post then got back on the phone and told him that I don't feel comfortable with this. He then got rude and said "so i need an answer from you", I said my answer is "no", and he said "Okay, I will redmark your account and I don't want to waste my time, bye". So glad that I saw this, not that I was going to give anyone my acct number anyways but thank you! I first received a call yesterday from number 507-838-9590 from faribault, MN, then another call yesterday from Florida, 561-667-5187. Then today the number was very strange, +20 14-918624. The many had a heavy middle eastern accent. He did not threaten me but he did get rude when I told him no thank you.

Just received the same message and address plus phone numbers are a match ( P.O. Box 333 Pleasant Grove Utah 84062. ) No physical address but the website checks out as real (www.grant.gov.) I alerted the FTC and Fraud Dept. The 3.87 Charges are coming out of China in the province of Tiananmen  . We were able to link the routing and spoofing of the phone call and  numbers traced  to a shell company called JMLSG have no clue what the acronym means   ,1-800-347-1191. is a fake just like the one you were able to trace to  ALTON, IL. This website provides more info on the scam. (http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/scholarship/index.shtml) Fake Name was given Marcy Mack (lol).  who called me about my free money for college she had the dialect of a person from India . They use your credit card to steal your identity and build a fake background for Global Terrorists funded by the  People's Liberation Army. We both did the right right thing to post this on the internet. This Organization is reasonable for terrorists to gain access to US Embassy's and apply for Visa's. They are linked to many bombings of US high priority targets to kill American Military  servicemen and kidnappings of high value US Citizens that work abroad. Under no circumstances do you give them your credit card number !!!!!  Because they operate in total secrecy in China only the NSA, Interpol,  www.state.gov/s/ct/‎ have classified information about their operations. Delta Force is suppose to be our safeguard against these types of global terrorists which are proactive in the prevention in defending US interests. Just do what I did and report your information to the websites I have listed in this post. If you feel you are in danger contact the local FBI in your State. Don't be a victim !!!! Getting your identity back is a major pain in the [***] and can cause you to be put on the terrorist watch list. That is why you need to report this to all the proper Government Agencies. I'm marking 06-14-12 which is the day I received  their phone call. I will keep checking back if you need a witness of what happened.  I will fully cooperate with the authorities on your behalf if you continue to receive threats to your family and if I find out more of their scams. First i have to thank you guys.Your post have save my life today. i received the same strange phone call stating that i was qualified for a FEDERAL Grant money which i have to choose the amount starting at $5000 up to $85000. listening to Mr. Eric Dawson as he named himself, i could tell he is from Asia. After i gave him my name, i told let explain this to my mom. I called my mom and explain everything to her. she told this is unclear to me, she definitely refused the offer. i started getting angry, i jump on my laptop to check on my financial status with my university everything was there meaning my awards for fall 2013 and spring 2014 was there, then i got a reflex to check on the information he gave me, i end up reading the above post. I told the guy i didn't want his offer and i hang up.
