I keep getting robocalled from this number. I paid my bill and have a Zero Balance letter from the company, yet THEY can't get their system straight. Here's how it went:

1 - I agreed to a payment plan.
2 - A few months along I was concerned about losing my job so I called and gave them an opportunity to make a deal.
3 - We came to an agreement and I paid the amount in full.
4 - They sent a $0 balance letter.

They did not, however, remove my name and account from the monthly payments system.

The calls come when I am at work so I don't answer. They have promised to remove me from the system twice. At this point I am ready to send a Certified Cease and Desist letter. After that they can talk to my attorney.

They have a nasty habit of doing this as well as billing your insurance and then trying to bill you for the same amount. I've already reported them to the Insurance commissioner here in GA and filed a fraud alert with my insurance company about it. And in case you are wondering, my insurance paid in full.
