Did you respond? I got the same message

Forward all unwanted texts messages to 7726 so that your carrier will block them.  Responding shows that they have a good number with a live person on the other end and will result in more calls and texts.  Never, ever click on a link as those will install something nasty on your phone that you really won't want to have to deal with.
