The caller ID listed the ID  at  "Hill's Ace Hardware"  which is the local store and I was in it a couple days ago so I answered and darn it was "Rachel" with "card holder services."  How do they do that?  It is beyond frustrating, it is  selfish and mean to treat the public like that.
