I called the # back and the recording was for Nationwide Credit Inc.
I Googled them and got a link to "suethecollector.com" and their own website which states "We are licensed, bonded or otherwise authorized to collect delinquent and defaulted accounts in all states. "

Another Nuisance Caller - Does not leave msg. ID is "Jonesboro"  plus the number. Some form of robo call.
The same font type of numbers and letters also comes up for some other locations - also no ID - just town name
and number. Never a msg. I do not answer.
