"This is Elizabeth Wainmar of the fraud division.  You have a case in our office that has been submitted against you.  I need to hear from either yourself or your attorney of record immediately today at 678-310-1014".

Really. The 'fraud division?'

Sounded like it might be an actual person leaving the message and not just a canned message.  If so, can you image what a sad job that must be.
