Call at least 5 times a day on my cell and wife's cell looking for my deceased mother.  I didn't tell them she has passed away and tried to get the annoying little accented man to tell me what it's about but he said he needs authorization to speak with me about the matter.  Looks like a job for Mr. Number.  Best app on the Play Store. Block this number.
