I was left the following message on my voicemail: "This is Elizabeth James with the Fraud Division. You have a case in my office that has been submitted against you. I need to hear from either yourself or your attorney of record immediately today at 678-267-3845". This is a scam. "Elizabeth James" has called from several numbers, always with the same message. You would think the idiots would get a clue and quit calling to the same numbers over and over. It is a scare tactic to get you to call them and they steal your money. Most likely they will tell you it is from some outstanding payday loan, (that you probably never applied for) and that they are collecting on it. If you see the number, don't answer it - just block it...and the next one...and so on...unfortunately it is a vicious, unending cycle. I have more blocked numbers in my phone than contacts that I actually talk to. Sad. SCAM SCAM SCAM
