Who is this annoying credit solutions

This person who left me a few messages on my voicemail was rude and demanding. She also try to scare me with a law suit. I am tired of these people calling. They need to get a life. Is there any solution to stop these people. The scam is just getting worst.

Your phone should have call blocking apps and abilities if it's a cell. Set it up so all private callers are blocked. Landline, try a call blocking device, try blocking it yourself, or shut down any answering machines and let the phone ring. No answer or any kind, no threatening messages or bogus instructions.
