Financial Asset Management, trying to collect on defaulted Student Loans on behalf of Dept of Edu.

Legit.  Do not ignore or they will garnish your wages.

I am sorry, but I know it is bogus because I have not defaulted on student loans.

I got a call at the office a few minutes ago but did not pick up and the caller did not leave a voice mail message.  Agreed that this call is bogus if it is about Student Loans on behalf of the Dept of Education because my wages are ALREADY garnished and this is the second time in about 10 years a collection agency has tried to do this!
