Need to serve papers on Monday

Rcvd call from same number they said they would be here tomorrow with civil documents.

just received phone call from same number as Rosa and Felicia asked if I would be home between certain times tomorrow for someone to serve documents. questioned him and he hung up called number from different phone and no answer

Didn't ask for me by name. Just said they will be by tomorrow with legal documents. I just hung up.

Received call on 1/13/17 they asked if I would be available between 4 and 9 to sign for documents being delivered. I said no. He asked when a good time would be. I said to send in mail, he said he could not because I needed to sign. I told him to send it certified through mail which requires a signature and he said they need to be hand delivered. Haven't had anyone deliver anything.
