This one is a scammer "Sell Your House Now" jerk. Tries to scare people into selling their homes for next to nothing. Does not seem to know where his "office" is or if he has any business licensing or such. Steer clear of this one - a complete ripoff. Also plasters his target areas with signage stuck to municipal traffic signs - extremely illegal. Gotta wonder how stupid anyone would have to be to do business with anyone so anxious to break the law.
