Calls all the time, all times of day, all times of night never a message

Thats the university of Phoenix .

So annoying! I talked to University of Phoenix, was connected to an admissions person and set up an appointment to continue dealing with him....yet this number keeps calling, and calling, aaaannnnddddd calling. I blocked it. Another reason I use my cell# for anything that isn't 100 personal...the blocking feature on my iPhone!
