Caller ID says HORIZON PHONE CO but the woman leaving the message was from Green Tree. also www.whocalled.com identifies them as Green Tree as well.

Looks like a scam

I've been getting calls everyday for a month from this number and the message thats been left is:  "this is Michael a debt collector from ditech". I picked up the phone today as he was leaving his message and confronted him about his harassing calls. He tried interrupting me by asking personal questions.  I told him that HE owed ME an explanation for calling my house everyday.  He hung up.  I do not have any outstanding debts and am tired of being harassed by the freak!

http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0149-debt-collection (Threatening civil proceedings with no intent to follow through, or threatening criminal process in order to collect a civil debt is a  violation of the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.)  The same goes for endless telephone harassment.
