Called back and it said if I want to be placed on the do not call list press 9, don't think so! As soon as you press that number you will get calls from other scum telemarketers.

VOIP line 6692384291 OR 16692384291 OR "669 238 4291" seems to be an illegal robocall telemarketer. Calls. No message. Customer Service? Possibly scam? BLOCKED!

I have been getting a lot of calls from different telephone numbers including this one, after I discovered that I was getting a scam call from the primary number being used from the supposedly IRS 703-239-6369.
