Smelly foreigners trying to scam you. Just pick up and hang up immediately. Then google the phone number. You'll see that 99.9% of the time, you'll be directed to a website like this.

SCAM. Don't answer the phone, never give out info. Came in on home phone, which I never answer anymore. Only scammers call on home phone, all of my legitimate contacts have my cell phone.
