I frequently get a call from this number without any response after I answer. I believe it is a Robo dialer.

Ah, now that the election is over, we get hit with a whole new cadre of scammers.
This is a new one. I do the usual: pickup/put down. CID: "Mobile" is this Alabama or scam from
a cell phone? Your guess is as good as mine!
