It is indeed the FOP scammers with yet another new number.  Number now blocked!  Also, claimed they are a not-for-profit organization, but that any donations made to them are not tax deductible.  Obvious scam!!

They called twice today.  Caller ID said Unknown Number so my call blocker blocked the calls.
