called today - no message - when i looked it up on spydialer just says voip - dumb

Called at 4:34pm. Diverted by a service I subscribe to that intercepts robo-dialed calls (rhymes with SoNoHobo). I called back (*67) and got only a busy signal.

This number appears on my home phone caller ID calling at 1:07 PM on 1/14/2017 with VOIP CALL in place of a name. I will never answer a call where caller does not list a proper name on caller ID. No message was left by caller.

Just now.  Same as Dorse but without callback.
