The foreigner knew my name too and called me at work. Said my name had been randomly selected for something I couldn't understand and when I said I wasn't interested wanted to know what was holding me back. That's when I hung up.

Fell for the scam and since I didn't know who to call I called 911.
They already had my information and it was only a matter of verification.
