They call and never say anything, i call back  no one answers and when someone does they say nothing, whats going on? It's gotta be wrong number or someone who has way too much time on their hands, either or, its very annoying! I also wonder how they are targeting the people they are calling.

Called, didn't know the number, didn't answer it.  No message left.  Blocked number. Do Not Call Registry is a huge joke.
