We keep getting phone calls from 661 780-4857, 661 356-4498 and 805 640-2247  all are electronic dialer calls - I stay on the line until they answer - asking what home improvement projects we're planning - or pushing solar energy -  I have asked repeatedly to be removed from their call lists - without success.  What can we do short of changing our home phone #?   This is ridiculous!
