Received a call on 03/01/2017 at 05:01 PM. Did not leave voice mail. Caller ID shows, "Cell Phone CA." I have two other phones from this area code blocked: (661) 266-0099 and (661) 774-4341.

Didn't answer and they hung up on answering machine. Vague Caller ID. What scam it is, I don't know.
