I have a new post meter that connects to the internet. I got a call from a friendly woman saying my toner was low and the meter ordered a toner for itself. They called to tell me that due to bad weather the toner would be delayed. They never asked any questions about the machine, or about the office, they seemed to know everything already. My toner was low, and I know that it calls tech support when it breaks, so it was not ridiculous that it ordered it's own toner. I got a package from US Postage Meter Center INC and I knew something was up, we always order from the post meter company itself. I called and told them we did not order this, she was pleasant, she apologized for the error and offered to fax me over a return form. Have not received fax yet, but we shall see.
