no message. just hangup

Phone rang, waited three rings, picked up handset, said nothing.
The caller said nothing, and a few seconds later hung up.

I think this name is meant to appear like it is from a car warranty business.
As no business website, even a BBB site, has this number listed, it is probably a scam.

Phone rang, I answered, said it was to extend warranty on car. When I asked which vehicle, she couldn't answer. I then said let me talk to real person, she said what do you mean ? I said you sound like a robot, she said no I'm real we don't do robo calls. I said then tell me what vehicle as I have more than one. She answered sorry to bother you & hung up! Total scam! I called # back and was told to press 5 to put me on do not call list. Time will tell.

(661)748-0280 caller wants to extend my vehicle warranty.  Informed the caller that when I moved into a retirement community 2 years ago I sold my car and only use the community shuttle bus service. The caller then hung-up on me.
