Hangs up. Probable scam

Call back with *67 (blocks my number) and someone speaking Mexican answers with lots of other Mexican voices in the background.

Called twice in 2 days, no messages left. Blocked.

Leaves no understandable message. Mexican accent is to thick

We have received numerous calls from this number and when you pick up phone nobody is on the line. Yesterday a woman answered speaking spanish. She claimed to be from an energy company and wanted to verify that I lived here.  I told her yes and to please take me off her list.  Now I really regret answering and confirming that I lived here!
