Caller ID said Out of Area. White Pages says this is a reported spammer...now blocked.

Soon as i ask to take my phone out of the list they hang up on me

Raced in the house on a SUNDAY to answer the phone - grabbed it without looking at the ID & said hello?  Click.  The ID showed "unknown."  I called the number back - it actually works. Received a recording "sorry we missed you. This is your local heating & air conditioning company calling to tell you we have people out in your area. Press 1 if you would like to schedule an appt. Since I was on my blocked company line I pressed 1. A live person answered & I gave them a piece of my mind. We need to bring the wooden stocks back - pelt them with rotten tomatoes.

Left message on my business line offering health insurance. Telemarketer at best, scammer
possibly. Used 888 number inviting me to call. Fat chance of that.
