Received a phone call from this number from a man identifying himself as, "Bob Smith" and representing a "handyman service."  He claimed that he spoke with me in "January of this year" and at that time, I said I didn't need his service.  He said he was calling now in the hopes that I needed work done at my house.  When I began to question him about how he had my telephone number, he hung up.  I called his number back and received a message stating, "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and try again."
