Calls and does not leave message. Says "California" in caller ID. We are on the do not call list.

caller says hello, mentions my name then hangs up

They call mentions my name, tell me they want to lower in utility bill (which I no longer lives) I than ask them to remove my number and before they respond to me they hang up.
