Called, left no message

Got a call originated in Santa Clara,  no message.  Returned the call no response - busy line.  Annoying

I can top that...I don't even have a vehicle!

-and they're still at it. Said I wanted to talk to a rep (to tell them the notice they alledgedly sent in the mail hadn't arrived) and the system hung up. Call it a 'prank' call because it certainly wasn't a legit 'telemarketing' call and 'scammer/fraudster' wasn't an option.
