Either IRS scam, solar telemarketing, u won a fkn fake cruise, lower your credit card rates

The connection was horrible and my own words kept loudly repeating while I was talking. The guy was marketing "a way to save money on my energy bill." Since I already have solar, I told him I wasn't interested, thanked him, and hung up. I noted the number and will see if he calls again. Since I'm on the Do Not Call registry list for both land line and cellular, he shouldn't be calling anyway!
