All of my calls from Area code "661" have been coming from a Bakersfield telemarketer call center.  They are either for solar or from the fake charity the "Fraternal Order of Police".  They have not been leaving a message and I do not answer these calls anymore.  They use different phone numbers but it is from the same call center.
