Received four calls from this number in the past 3 days. I made an on-line complaint with the FTC.
The penalties for calling numbers on the "Do Not Call List" need to be increased.

Got a call from 661 441 3070, asked what the name of the association is, they refused asked for their contact info, they refused, asked for the name of the person they refused.  I am in the Do Not Call list up dated constantly,  I called the Feds and found the office in Washington is a scam allocated $$ by the Democrats and they do not ever enforce the law which would actually pay them $10,000 per violation, they would rather salary their crony relatives and admittedly not do a blessed thing, another office we don't need if they don't work, I don't blame solicitors,  for knowing the government scammed more tax dollars to do nothing.  Call them and check for yourselves

They keep calling. A woman says "hello...hello, hello..." And then hangs up. Annoying. If it were legit they would leave a message!

3:14 pm Aug 26, 2014  When I said hello there was only silence and 30 seconds later they disconnected. The caller ID said Out of area.

Got a call from this number to do a survey about the City of Santa Clarita.
