Called.  I didn't pick up, when I called back on my office phone, there was a recording in a heavily accent voice.  "The survey you are calling on is now closed".  BLOCKED

Received call from this number indicating it was from Bakersfield, CA.  Did not answer and no message.  Not on my list of friends numbers so likely a scam call.  Number is now blocked.
