Calls but doesn't leave any messages.  Even calls on weekends; they called on Saturday and left no message, and when I called back, I get the "vehicle service department."

Touchtone option 1: supposedly removes you from the calling list, it reroutes the call, rings once, then it hangs up on you and you still receive calls.
Touchtone option 2: routes to [callcenter?], but Saturday, the day they called, was "outside of normal business hours."

The company telemarkets extended vehicle warranty sales, but isn't prepared to actually provide you with an actual human on the other end when they call you.
