Why are these people bothering to call my number if they don't speak? What are they learning by my answering?

Called twice in two minutes. No message left.

Recording saying we could save money on electric bill. I hung up and they called back 3 times within 1 min and said nothing.

Called and said nothing. Then called back with message saying I could save on Edison bill. Love to beat the crap out of these low life's

Call all the time, can hear voices in background but no one speaks when we we answer the phone. Getting very pissed off with these calls.
